The goal on which I am working is to gain weight and have a healthy balanced diet to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Since last two years, my health has been extremely impacted due to sudden losses in my family. Amazed by the fact, when you’re mentally unstable it impacts on you health as well.

Actually, I tried to overcome this problem but university load and many more things come between me and my health so it feels impossible to maintain a good health. So yeah, for this cause, my goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle which will improve my health mentally amd physically.

I have got time as I have on-line classes, it feels like yes Now I have the time for self-care. I have made plans to achieve this goal.

First thing first; Consulting a nutritionist to know what’s lacking in my diet and eating habits and I will have a proper diet plan.

The second task is to take take Vitamins and proper sleep. Late night binge watching habit should be decline and I have to start waking up in morning to do a morning jog! It will improve my health physically and I will be fit and more active.

Taking healthy drinks as I can’t eat soo much so the best alternative is to have Shakes.

Being physically fit and active is not all that matters but having positive thoughts and mindset towards the difficulties do matter too. It has a huge impact on your well being.

Trying to do my best to achieve this goal.

I have to show consistency in order to have a healthy lifestyle.

To keep the body in good health is a duty…otherwise we shall not be able to keep the mind strong and clear.
