Totkays are the hacks one can use or implement in their daily lives for better results for day-to-day tasks. While we talk about Amal Totkay, we consider them as the hacks for our personal and professional growth. This may include mindset and our personality.

Self Talk:-

So this totka taught me that no one on this planet understands your flaws more than you. So self-talk is really important to encourage and push yourself to do better every day. Daily affirmations like; I am strong and I am enough; will bring a drastic change to your life.

Get out of your comfort zone:

What I learned from this tip is that pushing yourself in difficult and unwanted situations will boost your confidence and trust me I have gained the confidence to speak up my mind. I talked to people in my circle only but now I’m making new friends and increasing my circle and secondly, I have become a multi-tasker.

Create new habits:-

I have created a new habit of writings my daily to-do list. This has saved my time on thinking about what I have to do now and then basically now I live upon scheduling and reminders. I love this new habit. So organized. The second habit I have created that from routine tasks I spend maximum free time with my parents putting my phone away. A quality life.

Ask People Help:-

I was an introverted person, which means keeping my problems to myself and not asking for help. But now I realized that asking for help from other people is helpful, the burden decreases, tension also decreases. Genuine people give genuine pieces of advice.

This has been my life motto. You have to smile even when you don’t feel like, you have to complete the task even you don’t want to. You have to be fully confident presenting in front of your Vc although you’re shivering inside.

So concluding with what I learned from this totka is that you can implement these in daily life without forcing yourself to do so. They are flexible and helps you to grow and make progress. Creating new habits, self-talk, and getting out comfort zone are my favorite tips. These tips have resulted in my time management skills, motivating me to do better and boosting my confidence while I present something or discuss it in groups. If an introvert like me can implement these tips so anyone can.
